The name of this house comes from its large kitchen. The name in fact means “The very big kitchen.”
This is a one-bedroom house with a large kitchen/living room area with two couches that can be also used as queen or twin beds.
The unique position of the house allows you to dine under the patio or to relax in the private outdoor area. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and flowers you may enjoy beautiful views of the sea and sunsets with the volcano Stromboli direct in front of you.

This is the first house built in Capo Vaticano and is the house where my father wrote one of his most successful books, “Il Male Oscuro” (Incubus).
Although renovations have been done, the vintage and antique furnishings allow the house to maintain its original charm and the feeling of a country house surrounded by the sea. In fact the large windows offer beautiful views of the property and the sea.
